No Refund Policy

Goods once sold cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy (Within 72 Hours)

We allow exchanges within 72 hours of purchase only if:

  • The product is in original, unused condition

  • The item is in its original packaging, including accessories/manuals

  • You present a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges are only allowed for:

  • Defective items

  • Wrong item received

  • Item not functioning as intended at the time of purchase

Any physical damage, misuse, or missing accessories will void eligibility for exchange.

Warranty

We offer 30 days limited warranty on all regular-priced electronic items.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or power issues

  • Wear and tear from normal usage

  • Liquid damage or unauthorized repairs

  • Accessories, cables, or consumables

⚠️ No warranty applies to items sold during promotions, discounts, special offers, or clearance sales.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Software licenses / downloadable items

  • Headphones, earbuds, and personal care items (if opened)

  • Any perishable or hygiene-sensitive products

Proof Required

A receipt or order confirmation must be provided for any exchange or warranty request.
